The Reseller (Team of One) and the Operator ("we") handle personal information in the Service in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, other laws, and this Privacy Policy. 2. Information received through Google sign-in
We use your Google account to log you in and to register you. From Google we receive only your email address, your name and your Google account identifier. We never receive your password and do not access any other Google data such as email contents or contacts. We use it only to identify you, to send class instructions and to prevent misuse.

4. Consultation chat and AI content
Conversations in the consultation chat and with the AI features are recorded and used for the purposes above, including confirming what was explained and confirming the facts in case of trouble. The Reseller's staff and the Operator may view them. When the AI finds words such as promises of income or results, it may notify the Reseller.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except: where required by law; where necessary to protect a person's life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain consent; where we entrust handling to outside companies within the purposes of use (section 6); where a business is taken over through merger or business transfer; and for the joint use below.
Joint use: the Reseller and the Operator jointly use the information in section 1 for the purposes in section 3. The joint users are the Reseller and the Operator. The party responsible for its management is the Reseller (its name, address and representative are shown in the Legal Notice).
Partners may be told, to the extent needed to calculate rewards, whether a referred application was made and its amount. We do not give Handoffers the contact details, such as email addresses, of referred customers.
6. Outside companies and provision to third parties in foreign countries
We entrust part of the handling of personal information to the following outside businesses:
- A business that provides sign-in authentication and the AI features (United States). What you send to the AI features is sent to this business to generate answers.
- A business that delivers the site and app, stores data and receives email (United States).
- A business that sends email (United States).
- A business that provides server hosting (Germany).
- Payment providers and financial institutions: processing payments.
About the systems in those countries (information under Article 28 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information): the United States has no single comprehensive federal law equivalent to Japan's Act; there are sector-specific laws and state laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act). The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies in Germany, and Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission recognizes the EU as having a level of protection equivalent to Japan's. The businesses above set and publish privacy policies and contractual terms on how they handle user data. We use them after checking their terms.
By agreeing to this Privacy Policy when you register or apply, you consent to the provision of information to the third parties in foreign countries listed above. You can request more details through the contact point in section 9.
7. Cookies
We use cookies valid for 30 days to record the referral source and keep you logged in. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but you will then be unable to log in and use some features.
8. Retention and security
Retention: account information and learning records are kept until you leave the Service. Application, payment, consent and reward records are kept for the period required by law and the period needed to handle disputes (up to 7 years after the contract ends). Consultation chat and AI content are kept for 3 years after the last exchange (content related to contracts or disputes is kept as long as application records). Access logs are kept for 1 year. After these periods, data is deleted or made non-identifiable.
Security: we appoint a person responsible for handling personal information and limit access to those who need it. We take technical measures such as encrypted communication, restricted access to admin screens with re-authentication, and activity logs. We choose outside companies after checking their security systems. When personal information is handled in a foreign country, we check that country's system and take the necessary measures.
9. Requests for disclosure, correction, deletion and inquiries
To request disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use or erasure, suspension of provision to third parties, or disclosure of records of provision to third parties of your personal information, use "Contact" (consultation chat) on the member page. If you are not a Member, use the contact details in the Legal Notice. After confirming your identity, we respond without delay in accordance with the law. There is no fee. If we cannot meet a request under the law, we will tell you why.
Complaints and questions about how we handle personal information are accepted at the same contact point.
10. Changes
We may revise this Privacy Policy to follow changes in law or in the Service. When we do, we post the revised content and the date it takes effect on this page. Changes that require your consent under law are made only after obtaining it.
